Hi, I’m Melissa.
I’m a strategist, organizer, and problem-solver who genuinely enjoys wrangling chaos into clarity. I’m known for working well under pressure, keeping things practical, and being quietly relentless when it counts.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years in the trenches of business strategy, account management and project delivery in Higher Education, Online Learning, selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Corporate Learning development and Communications.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that most organizations don’t have a "vision" problem, they have an "Execution Gap." It’s that frustrating space between a bold idea and a finished result.
Whether I’m managing strategic partner relationships or delivering a global project across international markets, my focus is on making things work, end to end.
